The staff was EXCELLENT. Very professional and helpful. The room was a nice size family room. Breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable.
The hotel room floor was dirty! The air conditioning unit did not work. The key cards did not work, and I had to get new ones.

The staff showed amazing kindness and willingness to help at every turn. i loved the breakfast. Such a nice way to start the day. the beds were really fine , guaranteeing a sound sleep after a busy day.
i encountered issues with parking tickets, totaling £400. reception assured me that 90 minutes of parking was free , but this information proved incorrect, frustrating.

This hotel is great for families visiting Legoland. They provided complimentary meals for kids at the restaurant. The parking area was super convenient, and the room has air conditioning. The front desk even gave my kids a small gift, it made them very happy!
I did notice the kettle has a little rust inside.

I booked connecting rooms since I traveled with family and my grandmother. The rooms contained two large beds each and were appropriately sized with adequate space. Breakfast was good and ALL staff members were polite. The onsite car park was well lit at night.
The adjoining door was thin. I could clearly hear the television and conversations from the people next door until midnight.

The room had two large double beds, perfect for a family (and plenty of space for the kids to sprawl). Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff was consistently helpful with all our needs.
The bathroom lacked an extractor fan. This resulted in some mould in the shower. The air conditioning unit seemed outdated, as it. One of the side lamps was not working, and one of the reading lamps flickered annoyingly.
